The program runs for 12 weeks, with live 3-hour workshops held every three weeks. These sessions are very interactive and you have a chance to engage and ask questions. In addition to these sessions, we recommend setting aside time to apply what you've learned, review course materials, and engage with the community to maximize your results.

I learned to be okay with delegating and unlearned "owning" the problems of my team. I am a facilitator of the fix, but I am not the problem owner. Making myself less available by placing my phone on do-not-disturb. Being intentional with my time and learning to delegate what can be delegated. This program was great for developing the "how to" of leadership. The coaching, delegating, holding the team accountable.
