Laurie Maddalena is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), a designation earned by less than 15% of speakers worldwide. She is a certified executive coach (CPCC) and leadership expert who teaches a modern approach to leadership that dramatically increases engagement.
With over 20 years of consulting and executive experience, Laurie holds several leadership assessment certifications, including Success Principles Trainer from her mentor, Jack Canfield, and Dare to Lead Facilitator, having worked directly with Bréne Brown.
Laurie published articles in Credit Union Management and The Huffington Post, and is currently a contributing writer on leadership for CU Insight and CUES.
Laurie lives in Maryland with her husband and their three kids. Outside of work, she’s a culinary enthusiast, an avid reader, a cappuccino lover, and enjoys a nice glass of cabernet.
